AdoGlo will offer you a choice of slow post shipping or faster express shipping methods on the order as you want, if you not special request or mentioned which shipping way you want, we will automatically ship through the best method based on the order size and destination.
Post shipping include China post, normally to Europe, South Asia, USA, Canada about 10-15 days ,to South America/Russia normal take 30-40 days. DHL shipping normal takes 4-6 working days to Europe ,Canada ,USA, to other Countries maybe 5-10 days.
For public holiday like Xmas day, to be delayed to the immediately working day.
Anyway ,Hope you understanding ,SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

Please contact a Customer Service Representative for an Authorized Return Number. This number, as well as the original invoice, must be included with your return. AdoGlo does not accept packages posted COD by recipient. AdoGlo reserves the right to approve or reject returns.

How Do I Make a Return?
Please follow these steps to make a return:
1. Contact our Customer Service team for an Authorized Return Number. Then, ship all items for return along with the original invoice and Authorized Return Number to:

* To ensure packages are safely delivered, a tracking service is highly recommended. Please note AdoGlo cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
2. Our Customer Service team will contact you once the package has been received and all contents have been processed. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Shipment
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong shipment, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, so we can rectify the mistake.
If you have not received your shipment after 20 business days of ordering, your shipment may be lost. Please check the tracking number provided with your order, or contact our Customer Service team for a resolution.
